Church of the Holy Spirit is a community living for Christ in the power of the Spirit, to the glory of the Father.

A heart for our community in the heart of Daniel Island.

Situated in the middle of Daniel Island, at the corner of Seven Farms Drive and Daniel Island Drive, Church of the Holy Spirit has been both physically and spiritually at the heart of this community for over 15 years, first as a campus of Church of the Holy Cross and as an independent church as of March 2024. From our thriving pre-school, to various community groups, to our life groups, and our three great worship service choices every Sunday morning, we believe that anyone can call Church of the Holy Spirit home and grow in their love for Jesus here.

Our Launch

During 2021, the clergy and vestry of the Church of the Holy Cross took time during Lent, and then throughout the summer, to prayerfully discern whether or not God was calling our Daniel Island campus to be launched out as its own church, autonomous of our Sullivan’s Island campus, and a new Parish within the Anglican Diocese of South Carolina. After this time of discernment, the vestry and clergy were unanimous in their support for the launch. It was found financially viable, but more importantly, good for the health of both campuses and for the growth of God’s kingdom.
